CONVEYINGS
PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS
Pneumatic conveying can be classified into two main categories depending on the pressure principle used: pressure pneumatic conveying and vacuum pneumatic conveying.
They are chosen based on material properties, transport distances, speed requirements and the specific application. Each has its advantages and disadvantages, and choosing the right system depends on the needs and conditions of the particular industry.

Pressure pneumatic conveying system
In pneumatic pressure conveying, the bulk material is mixed with compressed air or gas at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure.
The material is transported through pipes at high speed due to the pressure generated, obtaining high productions. This method is suitable for dry, granular materials...

Pneumatic vacuum conveying involves creating a partial vacuum in a piping system to suck and transport materials.
The pressure difference is used to vacuum the material from its point of origin to a discharge point. Production is lower than pressure systems but they are more economical and have fewer dust emission problems.
